Experience the High Meadows Family Farm to Forest Tour in Roswell

High Meadows School in Roswell, Georgia, opens its doors for the annual Family Farm to Forest Tour on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

 

This free event invites families to explore the school’s scenic 42-acre historic farm and immerse themselves in the beauty of the grounds.

 

Attendees can enjoy guided walks, encounter outdoor landmarks, and meet the friendly barnyard animals that have become a cherished part of the High Meadows community.

 

The tour wraps up in true camp tradition, as guests gather around a warm campfire to roast s’mores and share stories.

 

High Meadows, which serves students from age 3 through 8th grade, is recognized for its experiential learning approach and focus on environmental stewardship.

 

The Family Farm to Forest Tour offers a memorable opportunity for local families to connect with nature and one another.

Roswell Garden Club Commemorates 75 Years with Historical Exhibit

The Roswell Garden Club celebrates its 75th anniversary with a special historical exhibit at the Roswell History Museum.

 

Founded in 1951, the club has played a vital role in gardening, conservation, and beautifying the Roswell community.

 

The exhibit invites visitors to experience the club’s rich history, featuring vintage attire, stories of major awards, and key milestones from the past seven decades.

 

Recently, the club was named Best Garden Club in Georgia by the Garden Club of Georgia for 2024.

 

Guests can discover the group’s impact, including volunteer work at historic homes and various community service projects.

 

Located on the museum’s second floor inside the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, 950 Forrest Street, the exhibit is open Wednesday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with free admission.

 

Experience the legacy and civic spirit that continue to shape Roswell today.
